Mussels with pepper sauce and onion
Vinaigrette mussels are a typical dish and very common in Mediterranean cuisine and, moreover, are very easy to prepare. They are served cold and we can present them in the style of tapa, as entry or even as main course. On the other hand, it is a dish that will be very economical, since we will need only these molluscs and some vegetables to prepare the vinaigrette, along with a good olive oil and vinegar to season.
